Orders are dispatched the next working day using First Class post 
Small packets are sent as a Second Class packet. 

All of our products like CDs and Cassettes are all fully guaranteed for quality and as fully playable without faults (unless declared otherwise)
Books are as detailed in the description.  

Valuable Products (such as Books, CDs etc) are sent by Recorded or Signed For Delivery via Royal Mail.

For Retail Customers postage will be charged as extra on all orders under £50.

Our charges are based on the current Royal Mail charges eg:  

• up to 250g £1. 53
• up to 500g £1. 99
• up to 750g £2. 70

Small packets of books weighing up to 2kg will be £3.20

Medium parcels over 61cm long or 46cm width up to 2kg are £5.30

Overseas priced at Royal Mail International rates.

Trade orders quoted price inclusive.
